Greetings!!
Currently, We have a Great Opportunity In Staffing (Payroll)
Job Description:
To act as a pioneer in delivering trusted end-to-end HR services in Payroll, Staffing, compliance, and Training.
To update new joiners’ details in the database, prepare offer and appointment letters, conducting induction program.
To handle the Payroll process for around 500 employees on basis of the Minimum wages Act.
To maintain Employees report (Addition/Deletion) for each client.
To process Full & Final settlements, handling queries related to attendance, leaves, reimbursement, compensation, etc.
To take care of ESI, PF, and Professional tax (state-wise) of all employees.
Responsible for statutory-related queries for existing and resigned employees.
To interact with employees on regular basis as client visits.
Responsible of giving prompt revert for employee queries in order to maintain a cordial relationship.
